IKANO Acquires the assets and subscriber base of leading ISP wholesaler, Dialup USA, Inc.
Salt Lake City (August 18, 2005) - IKANO Communications, the world’s largest provider of private-label Internet services, has acquired Dialup USA INC including its assets and subscriber base. Dialup USA INC., a Washington-based Internet company providing wholesale dial-up, technical support and e-mail services to over 1,500 ISPs throughout the United States.
This is a move that will allow Dialup USA to provide a number of enhanced services to its customers and their subscribers. This includes but is not limited to IKANO’s nationwide broadband solution, which consists of PowerDSL and the HOTSPOTZZ wireless network, plus a larger footprint across the United States and Canada.
